Program CFDA 84 195 N) invitational priority#2. The goal of CASSO is to improve the
preparation of teacher education program completers in the UTPA EC-4 Bilingual Education
program so that they have a greater likelihood of improving the academic achievement and
English language development of LEP students in Texas Education Region I area.
